U.S. Delegate
Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D) is seeking her 18th term in office. Although Norton does not have voting rights in the House as a delegate, she has most recently focused on speaking against a barrage of Republican-led legislation seeking to block D.C. laws. She faces Kelly Mikel Williams, who has held numerous roles at the federal and local government levels, in the Democratic primary. The winner will face Myrtle Patricia Alexander (R) and Green Party nominee Kymone Freeman in November.
